November 2020 - June 2022 I had the pleasure of working for Sallie Mae Bank.

During the course of my lifetime at Sallie Mae I was accountable to create and redesign experiences on all end-user platforms. This included loan initiation and management for desktop and mobile applications.

• Ideated low & high fidelity wireframes

• Designed prototypes and conducted research via UserTesting.com

• Collaborated with business and led multidiscipline development teams to produce minimum viable product (MVP) and beyond

• Presented design proposals to business executive management and received approvals for implementation
